ATLANTA, March 11, 2024 — Toshiba America Business Solutions today demonstrates its array of intelligently designed and dependable printers during MODEX 2024. The company’s latest printer offerings fulfill a myriad of printing requirements for supply chain, logistics and material handling pros.
You may see Toshiba’s newest printers in action during MODEX 2024 (booth B6513) March 11-14 at Atlanta’s Georgia World Congress Center.
Intuitive Functionality with Market-Leading Speed
Blending intuitive functionality with market-leading seven-inches-per-second speed, Toshiba’s BV400 series of thermal transfer printers quickly and vividly (up to 300 dots per inch) produce shipping and shelving labels, radio frequency identification (RFID) asset management tags and more.
A slender, ergonomic design enables the label makers to situate nicely within practically any workplace even when space is at a premium. Capable of producing approximately 1,000 labels a day, Toshiba BV400 desktop printers deliver a dependable solution for diverse industrial labeling applications.
One-of-a-Kind Printer Boosts Production & Sustainability
Toshiba’s Duplex Linerless Thermal Printer simultaneously prints on both sides of a label without using a liner or backing material. Such ingenuity eliminates the plastic pouch and additional packing slip without producing any label liner waste enabling you to operate more sustainably.
Utilizing the Premier Print & Services Group’s Linerless DuplexPackSlip® label, Toshiba’s Duplex Thermal Printer reduces up to 40 percent of labeling costs. The printer meets this objective by reducing the consumables for an extra label as well as the materials necessary for attaching a packing list to a parcel. Toshiba’s Duplex Linerless Thermal Printer also dramatically minimizes labeling time.
High-Performance Industrial Printing
Toshiba’s B-EX thermal barcode printer series creates clear, scannable and high-resolution labels – up to 600 dots per inch – in high-volume operations. The systems are distinctly engineered to tackle an array of labeling needs for meeting compliance mandates.
The B-EX industrial printers power large-scale operations with near-edge technology for extended printhead life and minimal maintenance. Select B-EX models additionally feature Toshiba’s exclusive Ribbon Save mode for eliminating ribbon waste as well as the company’s Dual Ribbon Motor system for less wrinkling and better ribbon handling.
“We are excited for MODEX attendees to see the value our industrial printers deliver,” states Toshiba America Business Solutions Vice President of Marketing and Strategic Business Development Bill Melo. “Our latest systems provide supply chain, logistics and material handling professionals with rugged, ergonomic and affordable printers that address their array of labeling requirements.”
